About Birdrock Center for ADHD
Welcome to Birdrock!
At Birdrock Center for ADHD, our mission is to empower families of children with ADHD by providing the knowledge, tools, and community connections they need to raise healthy, thriving kids. Through a strengths-based, multimodal approach, we help families build confidence, resilience, and hope—ensuring every child has access to the best resources and support.
Our Vision
We envision a world where parents of children with ADHD feel confident, supported, and empowered to nurture their child’s unique potential. By bridging the gap between up-to-date ADHD knowledge, personalized resources, and community connection, we aim to transform ADHD care into one that celebrates strengths, fosters well-being, and builds thriving families and communities.
What “Birdrock” Means
The name Birdrock reflects a dual concept: allowing each child to fully express their individuality—their energy, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking—while also providing the grounding, structure, and team support they need to flourish. To us, Birdrock represents a foundation: a place where children and families can build skills, grow confidence, and achieve success within a strengths-based framework that honors each child’s unique personality.
What We Offer
Birdrock is led by Dr. Brooke McLaughlin, a board-certified pediatrician with clinical and research expertise in ADHD. We provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for children with known or suspected ADHD.
Our collaborative model connects families with a broad referral network, including child therapists, executive function coaches, academic specialists, complementary medicine providers, and nutritionists. Children continue to see their pediatrician for general care but may choose to have their ADHD needs addressed at Birdrock for as long as they wish—from initial evaluation through long-term management.
We’re so glad you’re here.
